REFUND POLICY

Exchanges/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date that the product was received. Please make sure you carefully review your order before finalising your purchase.

In the unlikely circumstance you need to return an item to us, please submit a returns request via email: apollonoirco@gmail.com

Please be aware that returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of submitting the returns request. 

Items must be returned in all original packaging (including dust bag) and in ‘as new’ condition. All tags must not have been removed and must be intact.  Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach us. We would suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) and obtaining proof of postage. At this stage we are unable to cover return shipping costs.
